New Director of Human Resources for Arnoma Hotels & Resorts

Bangkok (Thailand) – March 2, 2017 (travelindex.com) – In February Arnoma Hotels & Resorts took a small but very significant step in appointing Khun Somchit Kornvipasruang as Director of Human Resources for the Group. A Graduate of Thammasat University and with 33 years of Human Resources experience with hotel groups including Starwood and the Siam City Group, in addition to non-hospitality industry international companies including ICI and AB Food and Beverages, Khun Somchit brings vast experience to the Group.

Khun Somchit’s primary focus is to manage and supervise all HR Matters of the Hotels in the Group with a special emphasis on training support to the Department Heads and the development of a strong Corporate Social Responsibilities Charter for the Hotels. One of Khun Somchit’s first initiatives was to arrange a series of monthly birthday parties for all team members celebrating birthdays in the current month. It is one of Arnoma Hotels & Resorts objectives to recognize, motivate and build collaboration among team members and there will be many more initiatives over the next few months.
